At Metzler Violin Shop Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument or accessory; if you are not, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a processing credit.

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the instrument or accessory in its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the return label and ship the package through a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our luthiers inspect the returned item for condition and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
