About the Maker: Celestino Farotto (1905 – 1988) "Trained in his uncle Celeste's workshop, many of Celestino Farotti's early instruments bear his uncle's label and are almost indistinguishable in style. After Celeste's death in 1928 Celestino began to cultivate a more individual approach, with wider purfling and softer edges.
